What is I Am Able Employment Program about? It is an employment opportunity for individuals with psychological and neurological challenged population. Our vision is to create an Employment for Differently Abled Adults in two sectors- BPO and Handicrafted articles.
Who can enroll in this program? Individuals with special needs, with psychological needs, Individual with 18+years, parents of special needs children and senior citizens with special needs.
Can I opt for Work from Home jobs? Yes. You can undergo online training and opt for Work from Home.
Why is this training important? Training acts like a readiness program which helps the individual to train themselvesin different areas to work efficiently at workplace.
What would be the nature of work? The work includes Social Media work and Data Entry.
What is tenure of employment associated with I Am Able? The association tenure will be for 1 year.
What is IFT Club? I AM Able introduces I Flock Together Club(IFT Club) to form a social interactionplatform for people with special needs and for a community to grow and excel.
How much would be working hours? Work timings would be from 9am-6pm. It includesYoga and Meditation, Jin_IWorks, Jin_IKaari, Jin_IGrow for personal and professional competency and IFT Club for their social and entertaining hours.
